Services

that help you live your best life

Here’s a snapshot of the services provided at our courts. Most are covered in the monthly fee, with some coming at a small extra cost.

Help and support

You might not need us - and that’s fine. But for added peace of mind, or a just-in-case scenario, someone will always be available to speak to or visit you at home.

Cleaning

Each court provides residents with 1.5 hours of weekly cleaning (or other support). So put your feet up, and let our wonderful team of housekeepers keep your home sparkly clean.

Home improvement

We understand that you’ll want to put your own stamp on your new home. Whether it’s a lick of paint or a new kitchen, let us know and we’ll help you make the arrangements.

Gardening

Where a court doesn’t have its own garden committee, the service charge pays for contract gardeners to take care of the beautiful lawns and flower displays. So all you have to do is admire the view.

Hello, I’m Melanie, the CEO of Retirement Security.

What’s struck me in the many years I’ve worked within this industry is how much happier people in their later years are when they retain their independence and have fun!

I’m passionate about those living in our Courts feeling the same way.

This is not just ‘work’ for me - it’s personal. My parents didn’t have the opportunity to live independently within an active, supportive community. I only wish they could have benefited from this magical lifestyle in their later years.

And that’s what drives me. I’m committed to making sure that everyone has the chance to enjoy later living. To be treated with dignity and respect. To be offered every opportunity to live independently - with support, where needed.

It’s proven that community living takes away the potential for loneliness. That having someone around who cares, and is caring, makes a difference. This is what I want for everyone that lives in our Courts - including you.
