Of the 44 apartments at Margaret Court, 40 have two bedrooms, two have one bedroom and two have three bedrooms. Each apartment has a high-specification lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The two-bedroom apartments also boast a wet room. In addition to the apartments there are six three-bedroom bungalows with garages, completing the court's comfortable accommodation. Each bungalow has a spacious living area with a large separate kitchen, a main family bathroom, and a master bedroom with a roomy walk-in wardrobe and sizable en-suite shower room. The second bedroom in each bungalow has fitted wardrobes and the third smaller room may be used as a bedroom, study or separate dining room.

A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
