We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these. Communal areas include the elegant dining room, well-appointed lounge and hobbies/meeting room. Daily three-course lunches are available in the dining room to owners at cost. The social committee organises six evening meals a year that are themed around events such as Halloween.
