Osborne Court

Osborne Court is a beautifully unique independent retirement property on the Wirral peninsula and was originally created in the late Victorian period by the Lever Brothers to house factory workers. Each lodge is named after some of the original architectures who worked on the community – Newton, Beswick, Lockwood, Kirby and Simpson – and are sat comfortably on lush lawns with an attractive courtyard setting surrounded by flowers and shrubs. 

This community has a secure car park and pedestrian gate which is closed every night and allows Owners to come and go freely. All ground floor apartments have their own front door which opens onto the village roads. It is run by its own management company and has a trustworthy team of 24 hour on-site staff who are always available to help and reassure you with anything you need.

Life at Osborne Court is designed with ease, and Owners are encouraged to use the designated Owners lounge and restaurant, both located in the Lockwood Lodge: their open plan design creates a wonderful light and airy flow between the two elegant spaces and is the perfect place for you to catch up with familiar faces over a tea or coffee. These areas are also the Courts thriving social hub, which hosts a variety of events such as cards club, fish and chip Friday, quizzes, a speaker’s corner, films and musical afternoons. The Owners restaurant provides comforting meals from a ‘light bites’ menu, and a Sunday lunch prepared in-house and served fresh to you. These areas are upkept by the housekeeping assistants, who also complete a weekly 90-minute cleaning of your dwelling, with internal gardeners maintaining the luscious grounds.
