Now a conservation area, the village was created in the late-Victorian period by the Lever Brothers and was originally designed to house factory workers. Despite only being built in 1999, Osborne Court has all the style of Port Sunlight village.

We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
