Although, of course, your friends and relatives are welcome to stay in your apartment, however if you don’t want the hassle of making up the spare bed, all of our Courts offer an ensuite private guest suite. We understand the importance of spending time with family and friends – unrushed, quality time – and we enable all Owners to do this by offering guest accommodation when arranged in advance. On-site staff are available 24 hours a day, combining the convenience and reassurance of day-to-day assistance with the peace of mind afforded by a secure environment.

If you own a Retirement Security property, then, as a perk, you can also book guest suites when you want to for a fantastically priced holiday or short break. There are no limits on how long you can book for, providing the room is free, and with over 26 to choose from, the options across the UK are almost endless. Many Owners, for example, book into guest suites near ports like Liverpool to make the start of a cruise more seamless.

The Local Area

The town of Redditch has a long and interesting history – back in the 19th century, this was the international centre for the needle and fishing tackle industry, with 90% of the world’s needles made in the town. If you’re interested in finding out more about Redditch’s role in history, you can visit the nearby Forge Mill Needle Museum and see its extraordinary exhibition documenting the town’s rich industrial heritage.

Needles aside, you’ll have everything you need right here in Redditch – there’s a post office, pharmacy, dentist and church all within walking distance. Just half a mile away is the huge Kingfisher Shopping Centre, boasting stores such as Primark, H&M and Boots. There are also several cinemas, a new restaurant precinct and a gym. A few steps from the shopping centre is the Church Green Conservation Area and the 18th-century St Stephens Church.
