Supporting You: Court Manager Training
There are many ways in which we support our employees and Directors, and regular training and updates for your local onsite teams is part of that.
Court Manager Training – Court Managers were invited to attend the event which took place on 12th September. Following this session we have provided a number of online training sessions for Managers to support them when dealing with employee matters.
Court Manager training will include:
- Recruitment of young workers
- Absence, prolonged and sporadic
- Appraisal, formal and informal
- Culture and grievance updates
- Dignity at work
