Retirement Security Limited is pleased to announce the introduction of subletting at selected* Courts.
Recent marketing analysis across our Rightmove, Autumna and Lottie sales platforms shows that almost 50% of retirement seekers enquiries are now for rental accommodation. This highlighted a significant and growing sector of the retirement market that Retirement Security was not previously serving. In contrast, all of our competitors currently offer a mixed-tenure model, combining both purchase and rental options. Not offering a rental solution was therefore placing Retirement Security at a commercial disadvantage.
Since launching the initiative on April 1st 2026, we have identified strong pent‑up demand from Owners wishing to sublet their properties. Many are looking to offset the rising costs of ownership — costs that are more manageable while a property is occupied by loved ones, but considerably higher when a property is left empty.
